Disney 40th Anniversary October 1, 2011

Went to the Disney 40th anniversary at Magic Kingdom on Saturday and it was cool. Lots of people and nice to be there 40 years after the park opened. The parade was not all that great, but just being there in the excitement was cool.

 Get the feeling of packed like sardines.

 Never waited so long to go through the gates.

 Finally at the gates, but it did not get any faster from here.

It was a one time event and glad I went, but I did not stay all day. We did a couple of rides after the 40th anniversary show and beat a hasty retreat to EPCOT to enjoy the Food and Wine Festival.
